ABOUT CI WELLNESS HUB

Everyone deserves the right to mental and overall wellness and wholeness!!The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines mental wellness as ‘… a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community’. Thus a sound and a wholesome mind and soul is a driving force behind a winning attitude in life, which translates to a motivated, productive and influential individual.
